I did a search on the Vendor and Device ID and could not find a Windows 10 driver but I did find the search led me to this page. I can't say the software will install a Windows 10 driver or not. It is up to you if you want to download.
I just tried this microscope on a Windows 7 64 bit laptop and got the same problem. When I plugged it in, it said it was installing the software, then I got 'Device driver software was not successfully installed'.

Does the driver disk include other software for the microscope? That may require .NET Framework 2 to run but I am not sure why to would need .NET to install a driver? It's possible the 32bit version of WIndows 7 had .NET Framework 2 or the driver that installs when attached is only 32bit compatible. On the disk do you see any folders listed as 32bit or 64bit with an included .inf file?
I've had this for two years now and I've seen it pop up at Aldi at least 3 times. Same kit, same cost. The cool features of this kit is that the microscope can be operated hand held (you remove the barrel from the stand and therefore can view fixed objects that you can't put on a slide), 3 magnify settings (10x, 60x, 200x), a fairly decent light, fairly sturdy (albeit plastic) build and easy to follow software.
